Ingredients
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/3cupbuttermilk
1/4cupchopped fresh chives
1/4cupcoarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1tablespoonchopped fresh tarragon
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
2anchovy fillets packed in oil (drained, chopped)
1chopped garlic clove
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
In a processor, purée the first 8 ingredients until smooth.
Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
DO AHEAD:
Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
