Ingredients:
Moira Mac's Tandoori Flavoured Chicken
Cos lettuce
Mango
Sliced celery
Sliced Lebanese cucumber
Chopped dry roasted peanuts
Garlic
Mint leaves
Reduced fat natural yoghurt

Method:
- Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place onto a serving platter. Peel and slice mango and arrange over lettuce.
- Top evenly with celery, cucumber, peanuts and Moira Mac's Tandoori Flavoured Chicken.
- Finely chop garlic and mint leaves and combine with natural yoghurt.
- Serve salad topped with Yoghurt Mint Dressing.
