I have this one and use it all the time to wash things that I want to really get dry. It makes lettuce so crisp....put it in a baggie when you are done and store in your crisper. I use it everytime we buy a head of lettuce. I put the whole head in, after washing, and give it a couple of spins. It is always handy for a sandwich or salad. I think the lettuce keeps longer this way.
